CAPRI is an experiment where the unbound three-dimensional coordinates are given to researchers prior to the release of the cocrystallized complex. It serves as a blind test for evaluating the current status of the field for predicting protein-protein interactions.

ClusPro represents the first fully-automated web server that has predicted in the CAPRI experiment. For these predictions, no biochemical information was used, with the exception that we restricted the search space on antibodies to the CDR regions.
ClusPro has participated in Rounds 3, 4, and 5 of CAPRI. We have made all predictions within 24 hours of the release of the coordinates.
