Here are two predictions for CAPRI Target 13, the SAG1-antibody complex. This is an unbound/bound exercise in docking.

The antibodies from our prediction and the crystal structure have been superposed (in blue and yellow, surface representation). The yellow regions represent the area where we restricted the ligand from docking to the AB. We only allowed docking to the CDR regions of the FAB using the script "block.pl" available on ClusPro's front page.

Our predicted positions for the SAG1 are in green , and the SAG1 from the crystal structure is shown in red.
