Here is our prediction for CAPRI Target 15, the Colicin D/Immunity D complex. This is a bound/bound exercise in docking, however, all of the sidechains were removed from the CB residue onward. Prior to docking, we simply built the missing fragments of the sidechains using CHARMm.
