Here is our prediction for CAPRI Target 19, the Ovine (sheep) prion-FAB complex. This is an unbound/bound exercise in docking. The prion molecule had to be constructed via homology modelling, done on the Consensus Server. The antibodies from our prediction and the crystal structure have been superposed (in blue and yellow, surface). The yellow regions represent the area where we restricted the ligand from docking to the Antibody. We only allowed docking to the CDR regions of the FAB using the script "block.pl" available on ClusPro's front page.

Our predicted position for the prion is in green, and the native prion is in red.
